Every ten minutes, the compile farm machines are given an end-to-end check to see if everything is functioning. To be considered healthy, the hardware must be alive, the network (including remote filesystem mounts) must be accessible, cron must be dispatching jobs, and the shell, ssh, rsync, and various other programs must be present and working. Healthy systems are green, sick systems are yellow, non-reporting (probably dead) systems are red.
